This is the Privacy Policy of the mobile application SenSpy (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using SenSpy, you agree to this Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and subject to our Terms of Use.

When you install and use SenSpy, we may collect the following types of information:
- Device information: Device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
- Network information: Wi-Fi network name (SSID), IP address, and local network identifiers required for detecting devices.
- Sensor information: Magnetic field values, infrared light detection (via camera), and Wi-Fi scan data used to perform hidden device detection.
- Usage data: Interactions within the app, such as scans performed and results generated.
- Optional information: If you choose to contact us directly (e.g., email support), we may store your email address and any information you provide in your message.
We do not collect personally identifiable information such as name, gender, or contacts.
We use the information we collect solely for the following purposes:
- To provide the core functionality of SenSpy (Wi-Fi scans, infrared detection, magnetic detection).
- To display relevant information to the user, such as detected devices, IP addresses, and scan results.
- To improve performance and troubleshoot errors.
- To ensure the safety and integrity of the Service.
We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation
SenSpy may offer paid features or subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All billing is handled entirely by these platforms.
- We do not collect or store your credit card number, payment method, bank information, or any billing details.
- We do not have access to your payment information.
- We cannot start, stop, modify, or cancel your subscription.
- All subscription management must be done through Apple or Google, depending on where the subscription was purchased.
If you want to cancel your subscription, follow the steps below:
How to Cancel on iOS (Apple App Store)
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your Apple ID name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select SenSpy from your active subscriptions.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, according to Apple’s policies.
How to Cancel on Android (Google Play Store)
- Open the Google Play Store app on your device.
- Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select SenSpy from the list.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, according to Google’s policies.
Refunds & Billing Questions
Because billing is fully managed by Apple or Google:
- We cannot provide refunds.
- We cannot change or view your billing history.
- For any billing concerns or refund requests, please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly.
Data Access and Removal
You control what data is shared with us:
- You can deny app permissions (Location, Camera, Sensors). Without them, SenSpy may not function fully.
- You can remove the app from your device at any time, which deletes all locally stored data.
- If you wish to delete any data you have shared with us (e.g., via support email), please contact us. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete it.
Service Providers
We may work with third-party service providers (such as analytics or error-reporting tools) to improve SenSpy.
These providers only have access to data strictly necessary to perform their services and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Security
Protecting your privacy is a priority.
- All sensitive data (IP, Wi-Fi scan results, etc.) is processed locally on your device whenever possible.
- We use standard technical and organizational measures to safeguard any transmitted data.
- However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
SenSpy is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
If we discover that we have collected such information, we will delete it immediately.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
