All meeting data, team member information, and app preferences are stored only on your device.
We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect limited information necessary to validate your purchase with the App Store, such as anonymized app user identifiers and subscription status.

All payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store. We do not have access to your payment information.
The app is built using Expo, a framework for building React Native apps. Expo itself does not collect any personal data from your usage of this app unless you explicitly opt in to services that require it.
All user-entered data — including meeting timers, team details, and settings — are stored locally on your device only. If you uninstall the app, this data may be lost unless backed up via your device.
We do not use any backend server or cloud sync functionality.
Since all data is local, your privacy depends on the security of your own device. We recommend using device-level protections like passcodes or biometric locks to protect your information.
Company Meeting Cost is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.
