When you use LumiMe’s AI features, you may upload photos of yourself.

Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
We do not store or process credit card or payment details ourselves.
3. How AI Processing Works (Important)
LumiMe uses AI models to generate photoshoots based on images you upload.
How it works:
- You upload photos voluntarily
- Photos are securely transmitted to our servers or trusted AI infrastructure
- AI generates photoshoot images
- Uploaded photos are deleted automatically after processing
- Generated images remain available to you until you delete them
We guarantee:
- Uploaded photos are not used to train general AI models
- Photos are not reused for other users
- Training data is temporary and isolated
- Photos and models are deleted after generation
4. What We Do NOT Do
We do not:
- Perform facial recognition
- Create biometric identifiers (faceprints, templates)
- Identify or verify real-world identities
- Sell or rent your photos
- Use your photos for advertising
- Use your photos for marketing without consent

- Improve app performance and stability
