The App allows you to upload 1–10 car images when selecting a template for video creation. These images are temporarily uploaded to the third-party service ShortStack before being processed into a video. Images are not used for any purpose other than generating your requested video. Purchase Information

When you purchase video creation credits (3, 10, or 50 credits), we collect information related to the transaction (e.g., purchase amount, date/time). We do not directly store your payment information; payments are processed through the relevant app store platform (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

How We Use Your Information We may use the information we collect from you for the following purposes:

To Provide and Maintain the App: Ensuring that features like image uploads and video creation services operate correctly. To Analyze Usage: Using Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the App and to improve functionalities. To Manage Purchases: Recording and tracking your available credits to create videos. Disclosure of Your Information We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. However, we may share or transfer information in the following situations:

Third-Party Services: We use ShortStack for video processing services. Any images you upload for video editing are sent to ShortStack’s servers to generate your requested video. ShortStack Privacy Policy Legal Compliance: If required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency), we may disclose your personal information.

Data Retention User Analytics: We retain aggregated analytics data for as long as necessary for our legitimate business interests (e.g., to understand user behavior). Uploaded Images: Images are stored on ShortStack’s servers solely for video processing. The final video is available for download for up to 24 hours after it is created. After that period, it may no longer be accessible. Purchase Records: We keep basic purchase transaction records for accounting and auditing purposes as required by applicable laws.
Security We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, please remember that no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of our databases nor can we guarantee that information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted over the Internet.

Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using CarReel (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and any additional terms and conditions that may apply. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
Description of the Service CarReel allows users to:

Upload 1–10 car images to generate an edited car video based on selected templates. Purchase video creation credits in packages of 3, 10, or 50 credits. Multiple purchases are stackable (e.g., if you buy 3 credits and then purchase 3 more, you will have 6 total). Download the created video, which will be available for up to 24 hours after processing.

User Accounts and Authentication The App uses Firebase Anonymous Login, which does not require personal details or an email address. This method maintains user access without collecting personally identifiable information. You are responsible for any activities that occur under your anonymous user session and for ensuring that you secure your device.
Purchases and Payment Credits: You may purchase credit packages (3, 10, or 50) to create videos. Credits are non-transferable and expire only if your account is terminated or if explicitly stated in any promotional or service-specific terms. Payment Processing: All payments are processed through the platform where the App is distributed (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store). We do not directly handle or store your payment information. Refunds: Refunds, if any, shall be governed by the refund policies of the respective platform. User Conduct By using the App, you agree that you will not:

Upload any content that is illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the App, servers, or networks connected to the App. Reverse engineer or decompile the App, or create derivative works based on the App. Use the App for any unlawful purpose or otherwise misuse any features of the App.

Intellectual Property All content within the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, and software, is the property of [Your Company Name] or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the App without express written permission from us.
Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant:
